How to Connect Twilio (API Credentials & Webhooks)

Synchronize your tracking phone numbers and route voice and SMS

1. Log in to your Voice Wizard Dashboard and navigate to Gestión Twilio > Integraciones (Twilio & AWS).

2. In your Twilio Console, copy your Account SID and Auth Token.

3. Paste your credentials into Voice Wizard, enter your Default Forwarding Phone Number (Tu Celular), and click Guardar y Probar Conexión.

Required Webhooks for Twilio Console:

4. Click "Sincronizar Números de Twilio Ahora" to automatically import your numbers into Voice Wizard.

Workflows (Call Flows): Anti-Spam Menus & Simultaneous Ringing

Eliminate robocalls and route real customer calls to your team

Voice Wizard allows each registered company (e.g. Roofing, Pro Board Up, Septic Tank Pumping) to have custom intelligent call flows:

Anti-Spam Challenge Menu: Plays an automated IVR message: "To connect with our team, please press 1...". Because robocallers and telemarketing auto-dialers cannot press 1, spam is blocked 100% before your personal phone rings.
Simultaneous Ringing (Timbrado Simultáneo): When a verified caller presses 1, Voice Wizard simultaneously rings up to 5 mobile numbers so whichever technician or dispatcher is available answers immediately.
Call Recording: Inbound calls are automatically recorded for quality assurance, dispute prevention, and training.

Google Ads Attribution & Real-Time Call Logs

1. Go to Activity > Call Log.

2. Review the incoming calls table showing:

Reported Attribution: Google Ads, Local SEO, Meta.

Contact Location: Caller Phone & City (e.g. Hollywood, CA).

Duration & Timestamp: Pacific Daylight Time exact timing.

Instant Audio Player: Click the blue Play button to listen to the call.

3. Export call records or filter by company and date range with 1 click.
